**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain the ERP system including user setup, permissions, roles, and security.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with departments to gather ERP requirements, improve workflows, and optimize system use.
- Coordinate with vendors and developers for ERP upgrades, patches, and customizations.
- Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective ERP utilization.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for management using ERP data.
- Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and change logs.
- Conduct routine data backups and ensure data integrity and security.
- Implement and enforce ERP best practices and data governance standards.
- Participate in ERP-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and module implementations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Administrator or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with [Insert ERP System: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.].
- Solid understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, and Procurement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: 1-3 Years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
