Posist’s unified technology platform streamlines restaurants’ front of the house, back of the house, out of house/integrations, analytics, and CRM. Renowned restaurant chains including Taco Bell, Nando’s, Carl’s Jr, Häagen-Dazs, Jamie’s Italian are among a few brands using Posist to manage their processes, people, and place of operations.
As the Chief People & Culture Over, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company's human resources and culture initiatives. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent, while fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources, talent management, and culture-building practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Human Resources Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and communicate the company's talent needs, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR practices.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top talent that aligns with the company's culture and values.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance employee retention, including career development opportunities, performance management, and recognition programs.
Performance Management and Employee Development:
- Implement performance management processes that align individual goals with the company's objectives.
- Develop and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills, capabilities, and career progression.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations, setting goals, and providing feedback and coaching.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
- Monitor employee engagement levels and develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and overall employee experience.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and ensure they are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design and administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices that attract and retain top talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to make recommendations for improvement.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Establish and maintain positive employee relations and promote a culture of open communication and transparency.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Develop and implement leadership development programs to enhance the capabilities of managers and leaders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in HR or organizational development is preferred.
- Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, with a focus on talent management, culture-building, and organizational development.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
