Key Responsibilities Update and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets . Extract, validate, and clean data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Google Apps Script or Excel Macros . Prepare performance summaries and share updates with relevant teams as per schedule. Maintain organized data structures , version control, and proper documentation for reports. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies or collect missing inputs. Assist in developing or improving templates, dashboards, and data processes to enhance reporting efficiency. ✅ What We’re Looking Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data validation). Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets (functions, dashboards, data connections). Basic understanding of Google Apps Script or Excel Macros for automation. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Effective time management and ability to meet reporting deadlines. Clear communication skills and accountability in task ownership. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve reporting systems.
