We are looking for a talented Product Designer to help conceptualize, design, and develop packaging and product designs that align with our brand's vision.

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Product Conceptualization: Collaborate with the brand team to conceptualize and design beauty products (packaging, product form, etc.) that resonate with our target audience.
- Packaging Design: Create innovative and visually appealing packaging solutions that align with Belove Beauty’s aesthetics while also being functional and sustainable.
- Prototyping: Develop 3D models, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate product concepts.
- Research: Stay informed on beauty product design trends, customer preferences, and competitors to continuously refine and innovate product designs.
- Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from internal teams, customers, and focus groups into design iterations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs reflect Belove Beauty’s brand identity and ethos, from aesthetics to sustainability goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, Rhino, etc.), and prototyping tools.
- Creative Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing product designs, including packaging, prototypes, and final products (especially in the beauty or lifestyle sectors).
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and R&D.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in both design and project management.
- Trend Awareness: Knowledge of current trends in beauty packaging and product innovation.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to troubleshoot design issues creatively and effectively.
- Sustainability Focus: Passion for eco-friendly design practices and sustainable packaging solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in packaging design for beauty or lifestyle brands.
- Understanding of color theory, ergonomics, and customer behavior in beauty product usage.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly design principles and materials.
