Solve complex design problems in simple and intuitive ways, that blends brand personality, visual, motion, and sound to create delightful experiences. Build and manage the design system for all products. Help set up the implementation of micro-interactions on the product. Improve design delivery timelines and efficiency. **User Experience Design & Research** Help your team develop empathy for our users and advocate for their needs. Data will be just one of the many tools you will use to help inform your work. Produce design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and dev specifications. Help build a repository of past and upcoming user research and data. **Design Management** Collaborate with different disciplines. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, product researchers, and front-end developers to explore, build and ship your designs. You will help other disciplines understand the value design can bring to a project and ultimately build and ship the best products. Help test the designs for quality before any release. Help track each of the design tasks from concept to dev handoff. Be self-directed and able to self-manage. **Qualities we value in Designers** Effective articulation of ideas and design solutions Expressing feedback with kindness and candour. Tolerance for ambiguity and healthy curiosity Translation of quantitative & qualitative insights into design decisions Contribution to our culture. 2 years of experience in design, and at least 1 year of experience working collaboratively across engineering, product management, and user research teams. You have a portfolio of UI UX case studies that demonstrate the design thinking process, an ability to deconstruct problems/needs, and produce successful features delivering impact. You have a superior understanding of UX and Visual Design with relentless attention to detail and consistency. You understand business and strategy and align solutions with them. You follow a product-minded and consumer-centric approach. Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Principle. Lottie is a bonus. Strong knowledge of the latest design trends and standards adopted for iOS, Web, and Android Deep understanding of usability and accessibility standards. Strong ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, including happy path as well as edge and corner cases, and incorporate them in designs.
