**Designation - Product Developer/Design Specialist/ Product Development Coordinator**

**Location - Kolkata**

**Experience - 1-2 years of experience**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Product Development: Lead the development and innovation of gift products, considering market trends, consumer preferences, and company goals.

New Product Launch: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product launch strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities. Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.

Packaging and Branding: Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to create attractive and impactful packaging designs that align with the company's brand identity. Ensure packaging reflects the product attributes and appeals to the target market.

Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor the performance of gift products in the market and propose improvements or modifications as needed.

Product Development Expertise: Proven experience in product development, preferably in the food or beverage industry. Ability to create innovative and appealing products that meet customer needs and align with company objectives.

**Knowledge**:
1. In-depth understanding of the gifting industry, including market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.

2. Knowledge of product development processes, including ideation, design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.

3. Familiarity with materials, production techniques, cost and quality standards relevant to gift product manufacturing.

**Skills**:
1. Creativity and innovation to generate unique and appealing gift product ideas. Ability to think creatively and develop unique gift ideas that differentiate the company from competitors.

2. Strong design skills to create aesthetically pleasing and functional product concepts. Generate creative ideas for new gift products based on market research and consumer needs.

3. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency. Ability to identify and resolve issues related to product formulation, packaging, and labeling.

**Attitudes**:
1. Research oriented - conduct thorough market research and analyze data to inform product development decisions.

2. Ability to balance creativity with practical considerations such as cost, feasibility, and timeline constraints.

3. Ability to convert and execute ideas to products.

4. Must be a quick learner and enthusiastic to try new ideas and concepts.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
