- The Reference Data Analytics team supports the Operations _Ref Data services for analytics related functions. You will be the interface between senior stakeholders and statistical modellers and will provide modelling and data requirements to analytical teams. You will have the responsibility to project manage the initiatives, work with stakeholders to build pipeline and present updates in steering / Operations committees. You will be part of the team that specializes in providing solutions to complex data problems of the division and help extract business intelligence from the data. **Your key responsibilities**
- _Leading the model definition process and serving as a project manager cum business analyst to collect and analyze data for use in our analytical models _
- _Manage project backlog in JIRA and enable efficient project management _
- _Soliciting feedback from stakeholders throughout the development cycle _
- _Presenting visualizations to stakeholders and senior management _
- _Ensuring closure of milestones tagged against key deliverables _
- _Work closely with internal clients to build pipeline of delivery _
- _Participate in Steering/Operations Committees for discussions & to provide updates _

**Your skills and experience**
- _Atleast 6 years of relevant experience with project management and business analysis. Overall experience 10+ years with relevant experience in financial operations project management roles (preferred) _
- _Experience with JIRA and other project management tools. Ability to create JIRA dashboards and run sprints _
- _Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills _
- _Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements and elaborate to data analysts. Experience in creating business requirement document, solution design document etc. _
- _Experience with running Steering Committee calls with senior management and help in prioritization _
- _Exposure to Data Analytics requirements, SQL, Big Data exposure will be helpful _
- _Strong excel skills to create reports etc. and understanding of basic statistical and data mining approaches and terms _
- _Leading project planning sessions _
- _Managing project progress and adapt work as required _
- _Ensuring projects meet deadlines _
- _Overseeing project documentation and updates _
- _Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff _
- _Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary _
