AVP Operations

**Reports to
Head of Operations

**Duties and Responsibility**:
- Operational NERD;

Identify and build scalable operational solutions with agility & resilience.

Steer perpetual improvement on process and productivity and performance through SLA checks.

Build risk profiling and safety assessment framework for the existing operations and improvement there into.

Identify business needs and build optimum operational solution for growth and expansion
- Customer CHAMPION

Lead and manage large scale and diverse operation with multiple locations/industries/products/SKUs base.

Maintain and look for incremental upgrade on Customer NPS and Customer Delight.

Maintain and build meaningful relation across stakeholders, Customer, employee and vendors etc.
- People and cultural ENTHUAIST

Mentor, coach and inspire larger workforce to achieve more in their journey and in turn create massive value for them and customers alike.

Consistently build culture of learning, inclusivity and community belongingness across stakeholders.
- BRAND and COMMUNITY BUILDER

Identify and drive initiatives collectively with leadership team to enthuse sense of community building and following the brand in marketplace.

**Qualification**: 
- MBA from Top B school is must.
- 2-5 yrs. of relevant pedigree in supply chain management

**Required Skills: **:

- Inspirational persona and interpersonal skills
- Equipped with data analytic and date driven decision making
