**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and driven **Outbound Sales Representative** who will be responsible for **marketing-generated leads** into sales and managing channel partner relationships within an assigned territory. This dual role involves both inside sales follow-ups and on-ground relationship management with architects, interior designers, and dealers and distributors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and convert leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners including dealers and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and on board new dealers to expand the company’s reach.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations, demos, and site visits as required.
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to promote brand awareness.
- Ensure effective follow-up and closure of leads within specified timelines.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends; share feedback with internal teams.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities through reporting tools/CRM.
- Participate in trade fairs, promotional campaigns, and training session.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/B. Com).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in home décor, building materials, or consumer durables.
- Prior experience handling inbound marketing leads and channel sales is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with both fieldwork and virtual client engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM and basic Excel/reporting tools.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented; willing to travel locally as required.
