**Job Title: Sales Officer - Home Automation Products**

**Job Overview**:As a Sales Officer specializing in Home Automation Products, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our innovative home automation solutions. In addition to engaging with residential customers, this role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with key industry influencers, including architects, interior designers, electrical contractors, and construction contractors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis**:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, key competitors, and industry influencers.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences related to home automation.
- **Customer Engagement**:Actively engage with residential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of home automation products.
- **Consultant Outreach**:Identify and connect with architects, interior designers, electrical contractors, and construction contractors.
- Educate consultants about the advantages of integrating home automation solutions into their projects.
- **Sales Presentations**:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to both residential customers and industry influencers.
- Customize presentations based on the specific requirements of each audience.
- **Product Knowledge**:Maintain an in-depth understanding of our home automation product range.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings.
- **Lead Generation**:Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to convert leads into potential customers and industry partnerships.
- **Quotation and Proposal**:Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for home automation solutions.
- Create comprehensive proposals outlining the proposed system configurations.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align strategies for reaching industry influencers.
- **Reporting**:Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback through CRM

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the home automation, electrical or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
