1. Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for current accounts in the assigned territory. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify cross-selling opportunities. 3. Identify and prospect new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. 4. Conduct product presentations about the benefits of current accounts. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. 6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities. 7. Negotiate and close deals with business clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies. 8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 9. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.10.Train and mentor junior sales team members to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
