Key Responsibilities:

- **Laser Operation**: Set up, operate, and monitor laser machines to cut, engrave, and finish various materials, including precious metals and gemstones.
- **Precision Craftsmanship**: Execute precise laser techniques to achieve high-quality designs, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular inspections of finished pieces, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities for improving production processes and implement best practices for efficiency and quality enhancement.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials used, and machine performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience operating laser machinery, preferably in a jewelry or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for precision and quality.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
