You will play a vital role in the manufacturing process of parking system components. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain laser cutting machines to precisely cut various materials, such as metal sheets, for the fabrication of parts used in our parking systems. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will ensure the accurate and efficient production of high-quality components.

**Job Description:

1. Machine Setup: Set up the laser cutting machine for operation, which includes loading materials, adjusting machine settings, and aligning materials as per engineering drawings and work orders.

2. Laser Cutting Operations: Operate the laser cutting machine to cut metal sheets and profiles according to programmed instructions. Monitor the cutting process to ensure the quality and accuracy of the components being produced.

3. Inspect the cut materials to verify their adherence to quality standards and specifications. Make necessary adjustments to the machine to ensure precision and consistency in the production process.

4. Material Handling: Efficiently handle and organize raw materials, ensuring they are readily available for use in the production process. Keep track of material inventory and report any shortages to the supervisor.

5. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the laser cutting machine to keep it in optimal working condition. Report any technical issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.

6. Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating the laser cutting machine and handling materials. Use appropriate safety equipment and report any safety concerns to the supervisor.

7. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of customer orders.

8. Maintain accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and material usage for production reporting purposes.

9. Identify and resolve basic issues that may arise during the laser cutting process, and escalate complex problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel.

10. Suggest process improvements or optimization opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency in laser cutting operations.

**Require Skill:

- Minimum diploma or ITI or equivalent.
- Experience 3 to 5 years. Previous experience as a laser machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with laser cutting machines and their operation.
- Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings and work instructions.
- Ability to use measuring tools and interpret measurements accurately.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and handle materials as required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues in the production department.
