**Job Title**:Laser Operator / HSG Laser Machine Operator**
**Job Location: Navi Mumbai**
**Exp : 3-4 years**
**Job Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time]**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Laser Machines**: Safely and efficiently operate **HSG laser systems**, laser cutting, and engraving machines to produce precise parts and components.
- **Machine Setup & Calibration**: Set up machines according to work orders, ensuring correct configuration for various materials and cutting specifications.
- **Material Handling**: Select, load, and unload materials (e.g., metal sheets, plastics) onto the laser bed. Ensure material quality and correct dimensions.
- **Quality Control**: Perform regular inspections of laser-cut parts to ensure they meet specified quality standards. Utilize measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- **Troubleshooting & Maintenance**: Identify and resolve operational issues with laser machines. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure machines run efficiently.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of production runs, material usage, machine downtime, and quality control checks. Report any issues or irregularities to supervisors.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating machines. Ensure the workspace is kept clean and organized to prevent accidents.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production managers, quality control teams, and other operators to meet production targets and deadlines.
