Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor laser cutting machines as per production requirements.
  • Interpret technical drawings and job orders to ensure accurate cutting dimensions.
  • Perform routine machine setup, calibration, and maintenance.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
  • Manage and maintain stock of raw materials (sheets, metals, consumables).
  • Order materials and consumables as required to avoid production delays.
  • Keep records of production output, material usage, and downtime.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors and other departments for smooth workflow.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating laser cutting machines (preferably in metal fabrication or elevator parts).
  • Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
