A billing executive is responsible for managing and overseeing a company's billing processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations. They generate and distribute invoices, track payments, manage accounts receivable, and resolve billing discrepancies. Key Responsibilities:

- **Invoice Generation and Distribution**:Creating and sending accurate invoices to customers for products or services rendered.
- **Payment Processing and Tracking**:Managing the receipt of payments, updating billing systems, and reconciling financial records.
- **Accounts Receivable Management**:Following up on overdue invoices, managing collections, and maintaining accurate records of outstanding balances.
- **Customer Communication**:Handling customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, and providing support related to billing matters.
- **Financial Reporting**:Preparing and analyzing billing reports for management review.
- **System Maintenance**:Ensuring the billing system and customer records are up-to-date and accurate.
- **Process Improvement**:Identifying areas for improvement in billing procedures and collaborating with other teams to implement solutions.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring all billing activities adhere to company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**:A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Prior experience in billing, accounting, or a related role is often preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in billing software, MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and other relevant financial systems.
- **Soft Skills**:Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
