**JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Generating invoices for customer purchases accurately and promptly.

2. Recording sales transactions and updating the billing system.

3. Coordinating with the sales team to verify order details and pricing.

4. Resolving any billing discrepancies or issues with customers in a timely manner.

5. Processing payments and issuing receipts.

6. Maintaining accurate records of invoices, payments, and customer accounts.

7. Assisting with inventory management as needed.

8. Collaborating with other departments to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.

9. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

10. Attend calls, monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.

**Preferred Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

1. Proven experience as a Billing Executive, Billing Clerk, or similar role.

2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

5. Prior experience in a retail or food industry is preferred but not required.

6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.

7. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
