**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and issue invoices accurately and timely.
- Ensure billing information is up-to-date and accurately entered into our financial systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and queries.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payments.
- Prepare, compile, and maintain reports on billing activity with a clear and effective summary for management.
- Assist in streamlining and improving the billing process, implementing best practices in billing systems.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Billing Executive or similar role, with a minimum of years experience in billing or accounts receivable.
- Strong understanding of billing processes and financial principles.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex problems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
