This solution-focused professional will be responsible for new /old opportunities within existing and prospective clients.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products/services to existing clients, thereby increasing revenue.
- Identify and pursue potential new clients through research, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our unique value proposition and services.
- Collaborate with the operations team to design customized solutions that align with clients' needs and objectives.
- Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify potential areas for business expansion and service improvement.

PRE-REQUISITES
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Location: Gurgaon

Working days: 5 days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
