We are looking for Client servicing Manager from events Industry .

Location- Gurgaon

Budget- 45K -60K

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams (creative, production, logistics).

Prepare event proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and production teams to ensure deliverables match client expectations.

Maintain timelines and ensure projects are executed within budget.

Attend meetings and events, providing on-ground support and ensuring smooth execution.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.

Handle feedback, manage expectations, and resolve issues swiftly and professionally.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.

5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in the event or advertising industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines under pressure.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Quick learner with an eye for detail.
