1. Expected to Support on the gathering of reporting requirements and delivery of projects as part of the wider service team
2. Build and maintain client relationships with defined clients, understanding their requirements in terms of data and service
3. Ensures the contracted services are delivered to specifications and where possible, look for opportunities to expand usage
4. Facilitate client trainings (Data and Platform)
5. Co-ordinate with the Sales team, Account directors, key stakeholders for effective client management
6. Update regular reports/ dashboards on a monthly/quarterly basis.
7. Production of regular and ad-hoc MIDAS databases.
8. Work on Ad-hoc projects with tight timelines. Creation of excel based interactive dashboards and automation (VBA) wherever possible.
9. Understand and interpret the client query. Replicate the issue in our system to understand the potential root cause of the issue.
10. Data investigation based on the knowledge on MIDAS database and domain expertise.
11. Coordinate with various teams to identify the root cause and provide the resolution.
12. Researches, analyzes and responds to client inquiries that are routine in nature.
13. Provides support to team for client service meetings at customer sites.
14. Proactively identifies and resolves any inconsistency.
15. Timely answer straight forward questions received from clients.
16. Preparing KPI’s and trackers.
17. Build understanding MIDAS audits and other GMI products and services and data to answer client questions
18. Build domain knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and keen understanding of brands and markets where client is present

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
**Education**:
1. Graduation in any domain with Healthcare industry knowledge

**Experience**:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of related work experience
2. Knowledge of IQVIA data, products is a value add
3. Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
4. Working Knowledge of VBA, PBI is a value add

**Skills**:
1. Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
2. Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills and excellent reading comprehension skills
3. Minimal Project management with the ability to perform under pressure
4. Should possess working knowledge of the pharma industry
5. Good secondary research skills
