**Recruiting Coordinator**
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the full lifecycle recruitment, including posting roles, formatting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and drafting offer letters for various clients and locations
- Create and maintain user guides to support human resources and recruiting processes
- Ensure all recruitment activities are tracked in the ATS, JazzHR
- Run and track pre-employment screens and background checks
- Facilitate new hire orientation and work with hiring managers to create training schedules
- Monitor compliance of internal manual HR processes
- Assist in on-boarding/ off-boarding of employees
- Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering optional efficiencies and innovations to drive the Talent Acquisition Operation function forward
- Act as back-up to peers across the Talent Acquisition team
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by team
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- Experience with coordination, scheduling or administrative support; recruiting and/or human resources experience preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Teams and Excel
- Experience with an ATS preferred, working knowledge of JazzHR a plus
- Experience with prescreening and background checks preferred, working knowledge of Sterling a plus
- Proactive and resourceful approach to resolving issues or unfamiliar situations
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for providing top-notch customer service
**Experience**:
- Communication: 1 year (preferred)
- Talent Acquisition/Recruiter or HR or Account Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
