Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern for our client. The ideal candidate will assist in various stages of the recruitment process and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resource operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals.
● Screen resumes and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
● Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system.
● Communicate with candidates regarding job openings, interview schedules, and feedback.
● Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
● Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Basic understanding of the recruitment life cycle is a plus.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
● Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes (indeed,naukri,monster,)
