**Training And Support Intern**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct product training sessions for internal team members and customers.
- Develop training materials such as presentations, handouts, and manuals.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas where training is needed.
- Develop training plans and schedules based on training needs analysis.
- Conduct training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training.
- Keep up to date with changes and updates to the products being trained on.
- Provide feedback to product development teams on any issues or areas for improvement in the product.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the training content is aligned with overall company objectives.
- Deliver training in a variety of formats, including in-person, online, and webinars.
- Provide ongoing support to trainees and address any questions or concerns that arise after training sessions.
- Prepare training documents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging training materials.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with trainees.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable with technology and able to use various training tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to conduct training sessions as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
