**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in software development.
- Create and submit compelling proposals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and draft proposals accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to improve bidding success rates.
- Meet sales targets and generate revenue through effective bidding strategies.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in online bidding or sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Strong knowledge of software development services, including **web development, mobile apps, AI/ML, blockchain, and cloud solutions**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to write engaging proposals and negotiate with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with lead generation and CRM tools is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in handling international clients and generating IT project leads.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proven track record of closing deals successfully.
