About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Generate business opportunities from online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.
- Identify and engage potential international clients through strategic bidding and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Effectively communicate project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Draft compelling proposals tailored to client needs and requirements.
- Ensure high-quality and competitive proposals to maximize project wins.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and competitor activities.
- Identify new channels and strategies for lead generation.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate seamless handovers by clearly communicating client expectations to the delivery team.
- Contribute to revenue generation by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Participate in business development strategies and team discussions.

Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to effectively interact with international clients.

Technical Understanding:

- Familiarity with IT technologies and trends.

Bidding Experience:

- Proven experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Ability to build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with clients.

Sales Expertise:

- Experience in selling IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Applications, and Digital Marketing.
- Ability to identify new channel partners and ensure profitability.

Additional Skills:

- Target-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Innovative, creative, and proactive mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
