Preparation of business plan/financial models for availing project loans.
- Create financial models to evaluate potential new development or investment opportunities.
- Liasioning with different financial institutes/mediators for availing project loans.
- Managing and overseeing daily operation of accounts and finance department.
- Cash flow statement, Preparation of budgets and forecasts of the company and finalize the same with the group.
- Attending meetings with financial institutes and providing required data for availing of loan.
- Assist with physical site visits on periodical basis with financial institutes.
- Assist with due diligence of loans with financial institutes.
- Assist with periodical audits done by financial institutes.
- Coordinating intercompany transactions and distributing intercompany reconciliations.
- Compilation of MIS on monthly basis and forwarding the same to financial institutes as well as management.
- Preparation of construction budgets, project schedule, project proforma.
- Management of funds on day-to-day basis and arranging working capital requirements.
- Ensuring that appropriate system and internal controls are implemented and maintained.
- Ensure legal contracts are in place with all Customers, Vendors, out sourced partners and liasoning with Lawyers/Legal team to ensure company is legally well protected.
- Finalization of financial statements and getting the annual accounts audited.
**Salary**: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
