Area Manager - LAS 
Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for acquiring new Corporates for ESOP tie-ups.
- Responsible for generating leads from Empaneled Corporates.
- Responsible for Cross-Selling Investment Products like Fixed Deposits, Insurance, and IPO Financing to corporate employees.
- Responsible for arranging Corporate Help Desks at regular intervals.

Required Qualifications and Experience- MBA or Post Graduate Degree required.
- Prior knowledge of LAS/ESOP industry is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ESOP Financing and Cross-Selling of Investment Products.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and strong presentation skills.
- Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptionally high motivation levels and must be a self-motivated individual.
