**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor electrical project activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets.
- Liaise between project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and action logs.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, identifying and resolving potential delays.
- Assist in procurement activities, including material requisitions, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Support in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, providing updates on project status.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering** or related field.
- Minimum **5+ years** of experience as a **Project Coordinator (Electrical)** in the **Oil & Gas industry**.
- **Middle East work experience is mandatory.**
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, and Primavera P6** is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project management principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
