
Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**: The Civil Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, including new prayer towers, renovations, and maintenance activities. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning and Coordination**:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project aspects are aligned.
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before project commencement.
- **Construction Oversight**:
- Monitor the progress of construction projects to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Address any issues or delays promptly and effectively to keep projects on track.
- **Quality Control and Compliance**:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction and renovation.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct final inspections and ensure all punch list items are completed before project handover.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenditures are tracked.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for construction and renovation projects.
- Manage project resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and correspondence.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Chief Engineer and Project Manager on project status, including progress, budget, and any issues encountered.
- Ensure all project records are properly archived upon project completion.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communication to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
- Address any stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong project management skills with experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected issues.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in construction or civil engineering.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
