**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall operations of the circular knitting plant, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor and optimize machine performance, minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
- Ensure quality control at all production stages, maintaining high industry standards.
- Implement and maintain best practices for plant maintenance and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for raw material availability and stock management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle workforce management, including training, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate production reports and ensure timely communication with senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in **Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field**.
- Minimum **5-10 years of experience** in a circular knitting fabric manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of **circular knitting machines, fabric production processes, and quality control**.
- Leadership and team management skills with experience handling plant operations.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with **safety regulations, compliance standards, and lean manufacturing principles**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office and ERP systems** related to manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in automation and modern knitting technologies.
- Understanding of têxtile dyeing and finishing processes.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
