EDUCATION:DIPLOMA/DEGREE/B.E./ME./B.TECH/

EXPERIENCE : 08 TO 10 YEARS ( SPMC MACHINE /DRILL MACHINE/ ;OCK PARTS ) EXPERIENCE

LOCATION: RAJKOT-GUJARAT-INDIA

SALARY : 40000 TO 45000 RS/ MONTH

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
v Maintain 5S standards & housekeeping in department.

v Take ownership of machine shop department.

v Give proper plan which is comes from PPC to line man on time.

v Responsibility of quality & productivity as per plant OEE.

v Make a list preventive maintenance and must be done as per the plan.

v Handle all manpower in your department properly.

v Establish quality standards and are in accordance with the standards defined ISO 9001:2015.

v increase the Production and maintain quality standards As per norms and Manpower planning

v Preparing work instructions, control plans and SOP;s in the department wherever required.

v Responsible for the maintenance of testing machines their records and manuals.

v Make kazien every month, minimum ten your department.

v Daily, month and quarterly, half yearly, yearly. All kind of mis reports.

v Daily training to given machine shop operators.

v Statistical analysis of machine break down analysis.

v Introduce new machine technology as per market.

v Reduce rejection reworks near about zero.

v Parameter process validation of machine shop.

v Ensure about safety.

v Give help to plant for any problems as per your vast experience & relation as a fire fighter.

v Tool validation and maintain stock as per requirement to use condition.

**Secondary Responsibilities**
- Any other work assign by management.
- Ensure proper documentation of IMS.
- Ensure the company policies and procedure are followed.
- Follow up with all the administrative function and HR function

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
