**Job Description: Dispatch Incharge**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Planning & Coordination**:

- Develop and execute daily dispatch plans to meet delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
- **Inventory & Documentation**:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, and records.
- **Logistics Management**:

- Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Arrange transportation and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all dispatched products meet quality and packaging standards.
- Conduct routine checks for accuracy in product quantity and specifications.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Manage and guide the dispatch team for efficient operations.
- Train staff on safety protocols and operational procedures.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines.
- Address and resolve any issues related to dispatch operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations, preferably in the food or dairy industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and record-keeping.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Salary Range**:
₹13,000 - ₹16,000 per month

**Working Conditions**:

- Location: Metoda Plant
- Working Hours: As per plant operations schedule.
