**Job Overview**:
**1. IT Business Operations**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT services and AI SaaS product teams, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align product development with client needs and market demands.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and ensure quality service delivery.

**2. Client Success**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute client success strategies, including onboarding, training, and ongoin support.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base to drive revenue growth
- Analyze client feedback and work with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, positioning the company as a trusted partner.

**3. Sales Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to expand the client base for IT services and AI SaaS products.
- Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and generate qualified leads.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.

**4. Financial Management (P&L)**:

- Understand and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for IT services and AI SaaS product lines.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Work with the finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure profitability by optimising costs and maximizing revenue streams.

**5. Strategic Growth Initiatives**:

- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s footprint.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Drive innovation by exploring new business models, partnerships, and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the company’s growth strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in IT business operations, client success, and sales leadership.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of IT services and AI SaaS products, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience managing P&L and financial performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Revenue growth from IT services and AI SaaS products.
- Client retention and satisfaction rates.
- Sales team performance against targets.
- Operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Profitability of IT services and AI SaaS product lines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
