- **Responsibilities**:
Conceptualise, plan, and produce engaging podcast episodes from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand and target audience.
-Coordinate all aspects of podcast production, including scriptwriting, recording sessions, editing, sound design, and post-production.
-Oversee video production podcast episodes, including filming, editing, and post-production to create visually compelling content.
-Collaborate with hosts, guests, and other team members to develop creative concepts and execute seamless productions.
-Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the production value and audience engagement of our podcasts and videos.
-Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
-Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and freelancers as needed.
- **Requirements**:
Degree in Media Studies, or related field.
-4-5 years of experience in content creation and production, with a focus on podcasting and video production.
-Understanding of audio and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Audacity a plus.
-Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual and auditory detail.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
