**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed product information and resolve customer issues or concerns effectively.
- Record customer interactions accurately and update customer information in the database.
- Resolve complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure the issue has been resolved.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by ensuring quick and effective responses.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines while handling customer issues.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

**Required Skills**:

- **Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi** (both written and spoken).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, MS Office, and other related tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

**Additional Information**:

- **Work Schedule**: 6 days a week with 1 rotational day off.
- **Location**: Salt Lake Sector 5, Near RDB Cinema, Kolkata.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,840.84 - ₹15,000.93 per month
