**Role Overview**

We are hiring an **Assistant Cluster Manager - Loans** to support the Cluster Manager in driving loan sales, team management, and operational excellence across multiple branches. The role involves managing sales executives, ensuring loan disbursal targets, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist Cluster Manager in achieving loan disbursal & revenue targets.
- Manage and support branch sales teams (RMs, Executives).
- Track sales funnel, lead conversion, and branch productivity.
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs and channel partners.
- Ensure compliance with credit policy and loan documentation.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure service quality.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/Finance/Marketing preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in **Loan Sales/Banking/NBFC** with at least 1 year in a team leader/assistant manager role.
- Strong knowledge of secured & unsecured loan products.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
