**Job Title**: Associate - Customer Success
**Location**: Pune (In-Office)
**Experience**: 0.6 - 3 years (Preferred: Customer Service / Customer Success)
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field

**Role Overview**
As an Associate - Customer Success, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. You will ensure client satisfaction, seamless operations, and timely resolution of issues. You will handle support tickets, perform data reconciliation in Excel, generate MIS reports, and foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage customer enquiries using ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk), ensuring prompt and efficient turnaround.
- Reconcile and validate data sets using Excel, and generate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts; build and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of service.
- Identify, recommend and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay current with job knowledge, tools and customer success best practices.
- (preferred) Have basic knowledge of cap table management, share capital compliance or tax implications relevant to client accounts.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; strong ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
