**Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation and Quality Control**:Assist in supervising food preparation processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
Monitor food production activities, ensuring that recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines are consistently met.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.

**Delivery Coordination**:Assist in coordinating delivery schedules to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of meals to customers three times per day.
Oversee delivery personnel to ensure they follow proper protocols, including safe transportation and customer interaction.

**Inventory Management**:Maintain inventory levels of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
Conduct regular inventory checks and collaborate with the Kitchen Supervisor to place orders as needed.
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

**Financial Tracking and Accounts**:Utilize specialized software to manage kitchen-related financial activities, including tracking expenses, revenues, and cost analysis.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial procedures.
Assist in preparing reports related to kitchen expenses, inventory, and financial performance.

**Team Leadership**:Provide guidance and direction to kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Support the Kitchen Supervisor in training new staff members and fostering a positive work environment.

**Quality Assurance**:Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes to meet health and safety standards.
Monitor food temperatures, storage practices, and cleanliness to ensure compliance with regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an industrial kitchen or similar food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, quality control, and kitchen safety practices.
- Proficiency in using kitchen management software and inventory control systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of financial tracking and accounts.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Availability to work flexible hours as per kitchen operations.
- Proficiency in ms office
