We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Female Customer Care Executive to join our team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by addressing their product-related queries and feedback. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will contribute to building positive relationships with our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our products and services, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with empathy and patience, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and provide assistance to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for timely resolution.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints for future reference and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in updating product information and FAQs to enhance customer support efficiency.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer service targets and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic and patient attitude when dealing with customer concerns and feedback.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer queries and issues effectively.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer support software and tools.
- Previous experience in customer care or a related role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
