**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical **Sales Executive** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the **primary link between Sales Head and Sales Telecallers**, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment.
- Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and suggest actionable improvements.
- Understand client requirements in depth and translate them into tailored software solutions.
- Conduct client visits and deliver compelling **product demonstrations and presentations**.
- Provide coaching, support, and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with new features and campaigns.
- Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales performance metrics.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure excellent client experience throughout the sales cycle, from first contact to onboarding.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 6 months or 1 year of experience in sales analysis, business development, or a client-facing sales role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain software solutions and translate technical concepts into business value.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demos.
