We are looking for a talented Digital Ads Associate for our beauty brand, who has expertise in Google, Meta, and amazon advertising platforms to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) and social media advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon. You will collaborate with the team, devise comprehensive advertising strategies, and drive impactful results through targeted campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
**Google Ads**:
**Campaign Management**: Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks.

**Optimization**: Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance, focusing on keywords, ad copy, bid strategies, and landing pages.

**Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and insights that drive campaign improvements.

**A/B Testing**: Perform A/B testing on different ad variations and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

**Budget Management**: Efficiently manage advertising budgets to ensure maximum returns on investment.

**Reporting**: Prepare detailed performance reports, including ROI analysis, and provide actionable insights.

**Competitive Analysis**: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine our advertising strategies.

**Meta Ads**:
**Campaign Development**: Create and manage ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to align with brand goals.

**Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS) and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Audience Segmentation**: Develop and refine audience targeting and retargeting strategies to improve ad effectiveness.

**Creative Testing**: Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and formats to optimize performance and engagement rates.

**Collaboration**: Work with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives that align with our brand image.

**Reporting**: Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvements.

**Industry Trends**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media advertising and implement new strategies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

**Amazon ads**:
**Campaign Management**: Develop, execute, and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads.

**Optimization**: Regularly monitor and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale), ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and CPC (Cost Per Click).

**Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize product listings for increased visibility.

**Performance Analysis**: Analyze campaign performance data and create detailed reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.

**Competitor Analysis**: Monitor and analyze competitor activity to identify trends and opportunities for strategic growth.

**A/B Testing**: Implement A/B testing strategies to determine the most effective ad creatives, keywords, and targeting methods.

**Budget Management**: Assist in managing advertising budgets, allocating spend efficiently to maximize ROI.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across Amazon.

**Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of Amazon's advertising policies, platform updates, and industry trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in managing Google, Meta, and Amazon Ad campaigns with a strong track record of driving performance and ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the capability to present insights and recommendations effectively.
- Google, Facebook, and Amazon ads certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹41,861.20 per month
