**Job Title: Procurement Executive**

**Location**:Pune
**Salary**: ₹6,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 (based on interview performance)

**Job Type**: Contractual

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and securing contracts with vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor information.
- Build and nurture strong vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing.
- Coordinate procurement activities across departments and ensure alignment with company needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and supplier evaluations.
- Assist in managing procurement documentation, including contracts and purchase orders.
- Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and best practices.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and SAP for tracking and reporting purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT procurement or sourcing within an IT firm.
- Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional demeanor.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
