**Experience**: 6 months - 3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify relevant projects on freelance platforms like **Upwork, PPH, Guru, and Freelancer** that align with the company’s expertise.
- Write customized, professional, and persuasive proposals to win client projects.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project details and expectations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s services to present them accurately in bids.
- Manage multiple proposals and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Up to **1 year of experience** in bidding on freelance platforms (**Upwork experience preferred**).
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**.
- Ability to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with **freelance platforms** and remote work culture.
- Strong **time management** and **organizational skills**.
