**Role Overview**
As an **Upwork Bidder / Sales Executive**, you will:
- Analyze IT-related job posts on Upwork (Web, Mobile, AI/LLM).
- Write **fast, persuasive, and client-focused proposals**.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to align proposals with capabilities.
- Help drive revenue by securing projects in a **highly competitive environment**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor Upwork job boards and **submit proposals quickly**.
- Write **clear, engaging, and customized proposals** tailored to client needs.
- Showcase technical understanding of web, mobile, and AI solutions in proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries, negotiate terms, and assist in project closing.
- Meet **daily/weekly proposal and response targets**.
**Required Skills**:
- **Excellent English communication (written & verbal)** - storytelling ability to convince clients.
- **Technical Thinking** - ability to understand IT jobs (Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ChatGPT/LLMs).
- **Proposal Writing** - strong grammar, creative writing, and professional presentation.
- **Typing Speed** - minimum 50 WPM with accuracy.
- **Quick Learner** - adaptable to new trends, AI tools, and bidding strategies.
- **Competitive Mindset** - speed and accuracy in proposal submission.
- **Flexible Availability** - primarily **night shifts** to align with international clients.
**Nice-to-Have**
- Basic programming knowledge (PHP, JavaScript, APIs).
- Previous experience as an Upwork bidder or IT sales executive.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, automation platforms.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
