**Job Title: Architect**

**Location: Mumbai**

**Experience: 2-5 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Design**:

- Develop creative and innovative design concepts for architectural projects, considering factors such as aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and budget.
- Produce architectural drawings, sketches, and renderings to communicate design ideas to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- **Project Planning and Management**:

- Lead project planning and coordination efforts, including site analysis, programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated project delivery.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements throughout the design and construction process.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory authorities and facilitate the review and approval process as needed.
- **Client Communication and Collaboration**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and constraints, and translating them into design solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, presentations, and collaboration on design decisions.
- **Construction Administration**:

- Provide support during the construction phase, including responding to requests for information (RFIs), reviewing shop drawings, conducting site visits, and addressing construction-related issues as they arise.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality control reviews of design documentation and construction drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design intent and standards.
- Perform site inspections and evaluations to verify that construction work meets design specifications and quality standards.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
