**Job Description: Architect**

**Location: Vikhroli**

**Role Overview**:
As an **Architect**, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring they are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client needs and regulatory standards. This role involves close collaboration with clients, engineers, and construction teams to turn design concepts into reality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptual Design & Planning**:

- Develop architectural concepts and designs based on client briefs and needs.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, models, and 3D renderings.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee the progress of construction projects, ensuring they align with the design.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- **Compliance & Regulations**:

- Ensure designs meet local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
- Work on environmental sustainability practices within architectural projects.
- **Technical Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
- Review and approve technical documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the design.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate systems into the architectural design.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect (as per regional requirements).
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, or other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent design and visual communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
