**Job Summary**:
The Architect is responsible for planning, designing, and reviewing the construction of buildings and structures. This role involves understanding client needs, developing design concepts, preparing technical drawings, and collaborating with contractors and engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects. The Architect ensures that all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:1. Design Development**:

- Work with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget to create tailored design solutions.
- Develop initial design concepts, sketches, and presentations that align with the project’s functional, aesthetic, and sustainability goals.
- Create detailed architectural plans, layouts, elevations, and 3D models using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and others.

**2. Project Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details that guide the construction process.
- Ensure that architectural drawings comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
- Produce specifications for materials, finishes, and construction techniques, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the design.

**3. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, explaining the functionality, aesthetics, and technical aspects of the project.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure design consistency and address any challenges.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to modify design elements as needed while maintaining the project’s integrity.

**4. Construction Oversight & Site Visits**:

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to the design, plans, and timeline.
- Monitor and manage project construction phases, identifying and resolving any on-site issues related to design or execution.
- Ensure that contractors adhere to the specified materials and finishes and maintain the quality of workmanship.

**5. Sustainability & Compliance**:

- Integrate sustainable design principles, materials, and technologies into architectural projects to minimize environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including building codes, safety standards, and environmental laws.
- Work towards obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities before starting construction.

**6. Budget & Cost Management**:

- Work with project managers and cost estimators to ensure that designs remain within the client’s budget.
- Recommend cost-effective design solutions and materials without compromising on quality or aesthetics.
- Review project budgets and timelines to ensure that both financial and time constraints are met.

**7. Research & Innovation**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, materials, technologies, and regulations.
- Research and recommend innovative design techniques and materials to improve the functionality and sustainability of projects.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development to maintain certifications and stay current in the field.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- **Licensure**: Licensed Architect (RA) or in the process of obtaining licensure, as per local regulations.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience working in architectural design, construction documentation, and project management.
- Experience with a variety of project types, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards (LEED, BREEAM).
- **Creative & Analytical Skills**: Ability to blend creative design ideas with practical, functional considerations.
- **Project Management Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting designs and collaborating with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- ARCHITECT: 4 years (preferred)
