**Job Title: Architect**

**Job Overview**:As an architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with regulations. You'll collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring architectural visions to life.

**Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**: Create architectural designs, blueprints, and plans based on client requirements, budget considerations, and environmental impact.

**Project Management**: Oversee the entire construction process, from initial concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

**Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into architectural plans.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

**Team Coordination**: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate the implementation of architectural plans.

**Site Inspections**: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with architectural drawings.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Architect: 3 years (preferred)
