**Role Overview**:
An **Architect** is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures. The architect will work with clients to understand their needs, develop architectural plans, create designs that adhere to regulatory requirements, and collaborate with construction teams to ensure the project is executed according to the design vision.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Design Development**:

- Develop detailed architectural designs, plans, and drawings based on client needs, functional requirements, and site conditions.
- Create and present design concepts, sketches, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- **Project Planning**:

- Prepare project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
- **Client Collaboration**:

- Meet with clients to understand project objectives, constraints, and requirements.
- Present and discuss design ideas, progress updates, and final plans.
- Modify designs based on client feedback to meet their expectations.
- **Construction Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical requirements.
- **Site Supervision & Coordination**:

- Oversee the construction process to ensure work is carried out as per the approved designs and specifications.
- Address any design-related issues or changes during the construction phase.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- **Collaboration with Project Team**:

- Work closely with other architects, interior designers, and engineers to develop integrated design solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure successful project execution.
- **Sustainable Design**:

- Incorporate sustainable building practices into design projects.
- Evaluate and recommend materials, energy-efficient solutions, and environmental practices to reduce the environmental impact of the project.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master’s degree in Architecture (M.Arch).
- Professional license or registration as an architect.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience working in architectural design, planning, and construction.
- Experience in a specific area such as residential, commercial, or industrial design is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent design, visualization, and rendering skills.
- Strong project management skills to manage timelines and budgets.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
